A NEW CONCEPT OF FESTIVAL, IN FRONT OF THE VERSILIA’ SEA, WHERE YOU CAN LIVE MUSIC SHOWS AND A HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE AT THE SAME TIME.

A new reality breaks into the Italian music festival scene, and we promise to bring a new format, which is openly declared in the claim of the event “It’s more than a music festival. It’s a holiday experience”.

LA PRIMA ESTATE is based on a new concept, combining music, holiday, and leisure time.

From Tuesday 21st June to Sunday 26th June, four international artists per night will take the stage in a unique location 50 meters from the sea, in a venue full of music history, in the hearth of Versilia. BussolaDomani park will be a kind of green oasis capable of accommodating music lovers from all over the Europe to live a relaxing and calming experience.

The music will range from The National’s alternative rock to Jamie xx’ and Bonobo’s electro dance, including the endless pop of Duran Duran, not forgetting the latest and most interesting offers of Italian music, such as Cosmo, La Rappresentante di Lista, Giorgio Poi.
Many artists, who are headlining some of the major European Festivals, have chosen La Prima Estate for their Italian stop: Kaytranada, Jungle, Courtney Barnett, BadBadNotGood, and international fresh names as Beabadoobee, Easy Life and L’Impératrice.

La Prima Estate is different from other festivals. Alongside the music shows, we will give the audience the chance to enjoy a series of experiences, covering interests from art to sport, to food and wine. There will also be after-shows in Versilia clubs arranged by Apollo Club (Milan).

Lido di Camaiore will become a great village where the public can leave their cars and have hotels, access to the beach and concerts, within a close range.

Every single aspect of this new festival concept is original and consistent.
From its name (which is unusual for a festival, but extremely evocative) to the visual identity created by Francesco Poroli, one of the most important illustrators in Italy, able of blending pop contemporaneity with the great tradition of Italian graphics.

GEDI group will be a partner of the event, granting support via its three networks (Radio Capital, Radio DeeJay, M2O).
