Kings of Leon have announced that Caleb Followill recently suffered a serious injury, fracturing his heel and necessitating a major emergency operation that will prevent him from travelling and performing. The recovery process, under close supervision of orthopaedic experts, is expected to take about eight weeks.
The band has therefore, with great regret, cancelled all headlining shows scheduled at festivals in the UK and Europe in June and July this year, including their appearance at La Prima Estate 2025 on 22 June.
The festival is already working to identify the artist who will take the stage in Lido di Camaiore in place of Kings of Leon, and promises to get back to the public with all the relevant updates as soon as possible.
Caleb posted a heartfelt message to fans on social media today, in which he recounts the incident and personally apologises. His message can be seen HERE.
La Prima Estate wishes Caleb a speedy recovery and hopes to soon have Kings of Leon back as guests in one of the next editions.
