At the La Prima Estate 2025 Festival, to allow you to drink and eat in comfort, we chose a cashless system!
The RFID Card will be your payment method. You can use it in all bars and food trucks inside the Park and it will be distributed at the cash desks. Totally safe, comfortable and always with you.
You can top up your card online wherever you are, directly from your smartphone via the https://mijnkniponline.nl/ website accessible by scanning the QR code on your card, so you can skip the queues at the checkout. Or you can load it at the dedicated cash desks inside the festival, also using cash. Or you can load it at the dedicated cash desks inside the festival, also using cash.
La Card ti permette di ordinare drink e food direttamente ai bar e ai truck, senza utilizzare i vecchi Token. You just need to have enough credit.

As soon as you enter the festival you can go to the cashiers and apply for your card. The dedicated staff will explain how it works.
If you attend several evenings of the Festival, keep your Card as it is valid for all days.
The Card is free of charge and has no activation costs.
The Card can be shared with your friends.
When you receive your Card, if you want to top up independently, simply scan the QR Code printed on it, access the link that opens, choose your language (flags above the texts) and continue with the registration. The payment system is secure and guaranteed.
A first top-up of at least 20 Euro is required.
You can top up the Card via the QR Code by paying with Credit Card or cash at the dedicated cash points within the festival area.
You can check your credit directly by scanning the QR code or at recharging stations by showing the Card.
Once activated, use it conveniently at bars and trucks.

Yes, at the end of the festival, refund is guaranteed with a contribution of 2€ for bank charges and handling.
The refund can be requested from 30/06/2025 to 13/07/2025, via the form at the same link used for the top-up (by framing the Card’s QR Code).
At bars and trucks you can only pay using your Card, but there are cash points to allow you to top up your Card with cash and/or a credit card. The only point of sale that accepts cash directly, in addition to the Card, is the Bar Dell’Acqua e del Riciclo (Water and Recycling Bar). In cooperation with Acqua Silva and Warsteiner, the bar will promote environmental protection by encouraging recycling. Anyone who takes the pledge to keep the festival grounds clean by collecting 6 empty and used Warsteiner plastic cups or 6 PET bottles and handing them in at the Recycling Bar will receive a free beer or bottle of water respectively.
To skip the queue at the cash desks, you can reload the Card yourself, as indicated in “HOW TO RECHARGE”.

Scan the QR code on the back of your card.

Check the credit on https://mijnkniponline.nl/
STEP 3
Select “Register”, choose “Card” and enter your email address.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click on the link or copy and paste the url into your browser.
Now fill in the fields and create your account. Under ‘card number’ enter the 10-digit number printed on the front of the card and the cvc on the back.
STEP 4
Choose ‘Top up’ and select the desired payment circuit.
STEP 5
Enter the amount for the top up (n.b. the value must be higher than the minimum top-up amount indicated below).
Select the + button to confirm the top up and enter your card details.

Choose “Refund”, select your account and go to the next step.
Now add your data.
STEP 5
Select “Request Refund”.
The request is completed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your account credit will be reset to zero.
